Dave Rydell – Bergstrom Manufacturing:  As you know it was absolutely necessary to the future viability and success of Bergstrom that we have a resounding defeat of the Teamster’s organizing efforts.  The overwhelming victory (135-35) would not have been as great without your efforts to uncover the unscrupulous tactics of the Teamsters to win this election at any cost and by saying any lie or series of lies to do so.  It took your experience to talk face-to-face with our employees and tell them the facts and reality of unions and Collective Bargaining.  You conducted a professional campaign and also brought experience, knowledge and suggestions for changes at Bergstrom which should prevent another organizing attempt in the future.  I have also received positive comments from two other companies in Rockford where you conducted campaigns which defeated the Teamsters by an even greater margin than we had at Bergstrom.  If at any time you would like us to talk to a prospective client or help you in any way, please do not hesitate to call.
